Can I send Images or Video?
Yes you can. Many of the service providers will have an upload feature where you can upload an image or a video and this will place a web link in the text message. The consumer can then click on the link to view the content. Another advantage of using web links is that you can check who clicked the link and viewed the content, great for follow up engagement.
