If your customers say they have NOT received your Marketing or Informational SMS, they may have gone into their handsets SPAM folders.

Newer smartphones have stronger SPAM settings and your customers may need to adjust them.

It is very easy to sort.

iPhone 14 ( & Above )

• Open ‘Settings’ on your iPhone.
• Go to ‘Messages’. Scroll down to ‘FILTER UNKNOWN SENDERS’ and click.
• Some people won’t have this switched on but for those that have, all the “SPAM” messages will be there to verify/delete.
  • Verify any messages from your Business

It differs slightly per version of iPhone but this description is for iPhone 14

Android

• Open MESSAGES it shows all your various conversations.
• Click on the 3 vertical dots (usually at top right) and you’ll see a spam folder there.
• Choose Restore for any messages which are not SPAM.
