We provide advice on campaigns and will run the campaigns for our customers if they wish. We are also 100% Irish owned and based in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal (unlike some of our competitors who pretend they are Irish, you know who you are !!!)

Interactive Mobile Marketing, our umbrella company, was founded by the management team of John McNamara and Barry Murphy in November 2008. Between them, the management team has over 20 years experience developing and managing high tech software application solutions for blue chip companies in banking and telecommunications sectors throughout Ireland, Europe, Africa and North America.

Our mission with our first product, SendMode.com, is to bring the lowest cost and most feature rich bulk sms marketing product to the Irish and UK markets.

John McNamara - Founder and Technical Guy

John is an experienced enterprise architect with over 15 years experience in industries ranging from telecommunications to healthcare and financial services in Europe, Australia, Africa and North America. Prior to forming Interactive Mobile Marketing, John co-founded Strategic Health Solutions, a software company providing Drug Testing Programmes and Reporting Engines to the US worklace Drug Testing Industry. This company was sold in July 2008 to US Company CNet.

Trevor Dougherty - Head of Sales

Trevor joined Sendmode in June 2009 and brings 15 years experience in Sales and Customer Support. Prior to joining Sendmode Trevor was Head of Customer Support for Royal Mail Office in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Trevor is responsible for making our customer support service the best in the mobile marketing and text messaging industry.

Colin Colhoun - Sales & Support

Colin joined SendMode in October 2011 and brings over 10 years experience working in the sales departments within the Motor Trade. Colin knows only too well the importance of not only creating new business but also more importantly looking after the needs and requirements of customers throughout their relationship with SendMode.

Austin Quinn - Service Development

Austin joined us in April 2010 and is responsible for developing all new features requested by our sendmode clients. Austin also works with our iPhone and Android development teams and clients. Austin graduated from LYIT with a degree in Computing in 2009.

Christina Ward - Marketing & Customer Support

Christina joined us in May 2011 and is responsible for Marketing and Customer Support. Christina graduated from LYIT in 2010 with an M. Sc in Marketing Practice and has many years customer service experience in science and tourism sectors in Ireland working for such blue chip companies as MBNA.
