Protect my Account (Setup in 10 minutes)
You may have noticed a new icon on the left hand side menu called ‘Protect my Account’. This new feature adds an extra layer of security to your Sendmode Account. Setup in 3 easy steps and will link your account to your mobile phone.
What will change? Each time you login you will enter your username and password as usual but will also be asked to enter an additional number from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator. This number is tied to your mobile phone so no-one else can login to your account.

Action Required. Update your Company Address
Banks across the world are really tightening their security around credit card transactions to prevent the ever increasing threat of fraud. You may have noticed banks are using 3d Secure and App authenticators on all purchases now.
Another area is using correct company addresses with credit card transactions. When you make a purchase with Sendmode we send your company address to validate the credit card transaction. If these details are incorrect the banks are now more likely to reject the transaction.
To Remedy This;
- Please go to Setting and enter your correct company address details. Note: This address should be the same one as registered to your company credit card.
