Our Story so far
The SendMode story begins in a bar/restaurant in Ireland in 2008. Barry Murphy and John McNamara sat watching the All-Ireland Hurling semi final between Cork and Kilkenny. They were alone. Something was wrong !!!
They met the business owner and he mentioned his frustration at how all kinds of advertising was falling short. Barry and John began to research effective ways for SME business owners to market their products and services. Everything was moving onto mobiles phones so they began researching mobile marketing. During extensive research they decided to focus on a simple, low cost and extremely effective marketing tool which was becoming popular worldwide. SMS Marketing.
Both co-founders have extensive technical expertise. They set about creating the best SMS marketing offering on the internet. Six months later they had created a technology that could deliver Bulk Text and SMS messaging at the best value in the marketplace and they had launched Sendmode.com.
